Quick & Easy Pancake Squares

My boys are not big on breakfast foods besides, pancakes, yogurt, waffles & cereal. We don’t always have time for pancakes in the morning & if your like me, you don’t truly love buying the frozen pancakes but, sometimes you do cave & buy them. I made pancake squares that took me a total of 30 minutes! Super Easy & I made them with my all time favorite Pampered Chef Pan. This pan is the best $25 you’ll ever spend, it is very versatile for breakfast, lunch & dinner ideas. You can also place these in a gallon size freezer bag & freeze for up to a month.

Here’s how I made the pancake squares;

Recipe makes 12 squares

Pancake Mix – 2 cups mix, instead of the 1 1/2 cups water I use 1 1/2 cups applesauce, does make them fluffier & add sweetness as well as flavor.

Fillings of your choice, I have used bananas & chocolate chips.

Preheat oven to 350 degress. Prepare pancake mix. Spray pan with cooking spray. Fill each square with mix a little more than half the way. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool for up to 5 minutes.

When serving we placed in a bowl cut into 4’s with syrup drizzled over. The boys devoured these! I must say they were very fluffy & tasty!

To Reheat: Microwave for 35 seconds – 1 minute. Oven 350 degrees for 5 minutes, until center is warmed.

Very quick & easy, especially for toddlers & busy moms. Store them in the freezer for later!
