Mango Sorbet


1 Bag Frozen Diced Mangoes

1 Teaspoon Lime Juice

1/4 Cup Sugar

1/4 Cup Water

Step One:
In a saucepan bring 1/4 Cup water & 1/4 Cup sugar to a boil. In the interim blend the bag of frozen diced mangoes.

Step Two: 
One diced mangoes are pureed, add 1 teaspoon lime juice. Blend until smooth. (too much lime juice will water down the sorbet)

Step Three: 
Mix together blended mangoes with lime juice & the saucepan mixture of sugar & water. Whisk together until smooth & completely combined. Place in storage container in freezer for 3-4 hours or overnight.

Makes: 2 1/2 Cups of Mango Sorbet 

*Garnish with mint optional
