Coconut Oil Pancakes

  1. 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour or White Unbleached Flour
  2. 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  3. ¼ teaspoon salt.
  4. 1 cup Almond Milk 
  5. 2 tablespoons  melted Coconut Oil.
  6. 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Sugar
  7. 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract *Optional
  8. 1 tablespoon Cinnamon *Optional

Step One:

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth. Cook your pancakes!
